Welcome to Greenyarden, our budget eco-garden, this is our Sun Joe electric tiller full review. The Sun Joe electric tiller comes in a box that weighs less than 30 pounds, easy to assemble and the electric motor is under a plastic housing that is secured with four Phillips screws. This is the 13 and a half amp electric motor, there are different versions out there. There are six tines with four blades on them, that's the gearbox in the middle, connected to the drive shaft which is connected to the electric motor. There are two plastic wheels which do not look like a lot but we didn't have any problem with them and gave it a beating. There's a 3-way adjustable height setting, just pull back, you'll have to remove that strip to get wheels up, took a while to figure that out. There are four bolt with plastic caps and it was suggested online to put hose clamps around the rod assembly, we did not deem that necessary at all, held well throughout testing.
